Persian Kebab Co. is a modern Middle Eastern grill Quick Service Restaurant built around kebabs and rolls.

While cuisines like pizza, burgers, Mexican, and fried chicken have developed strong quick-service ecosystems, Middle Eastern cuisines have largely remained fine dine or fragmented and unstructured in India.

We saw an opportunity to build a cleaner, more scalable format around the category.

Our approach is simple: great grilling, clean flavours, fast service, and consistency.

The menu combines fire-grilled kebabs, wraps, shawarmas, classic Middle Eastern sides, desserts, and chai into a format designed for everyday eating.
